At Duvlo, we want you to feel calm, safe, and completely satisfied with your weighted companion. If it doesn‘t feel like the perfect hug, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please hold onto your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@duvlo.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return shipping address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your Duvlo arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@duvlo.com with photos, and we‘ll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we‘ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
